EMR Review

Your Experience Modification Rate (EMR) is an important premium adjustment factor and should be reviewed carefully to determine if you are being properly charged. With our EMR Review, we will attempt to obtain a refund and / or credit for you. The best part of this service is that we either save you money or there is no charge -- it’s a WIN-WIN situation. Our EMR Review includes the following:

    • Independent research and verification of your experience mod factor

    • Verification of the reserves pertaining to loss claim data

    • Automatic enrollment for any available credits on your policy (CPAP, etc.)

    • Analysis of 8 years of audits to determine the EMR applied by the carriers were correct

    • Investigation of any subrogated claims to ensure any recouped monies by the insurance carrier were properly reported to the Rating Board

    • Refunds and / or credits will be achieved when we send your corrections to the Rating Board and your audit(s) are adjusted

    • We charge a contingency fee -- you only pay us if you receive a refund and / or credit!
